* I would like to order 80 cards, but that is not an option when I go to the quantity pull-down.  How can I order 80?

To order 80 cards please select 2 sets of 40 cards (of the same design).  You can do the same to order 60 cards (2 sets of 30), 70 cards (a set of 30 and a set of 40), 80 cards (2 sets of 40) and 90 cards (a set of 40 and a set of 50)

* Do you accept returns for custom note cards?

We do not accept returns for custom stationery.  All custom orders are approved by the customer by a digital proof before printing.

* Do you accept returns for non-custom note cards?

We do not accept returns for non-custom stationery.  All sales are final, but we want you to be happy so please let us know if something isn’t right!

* What are the dimensions and specifics of the note cards?

World Going By note cards, holiday cards, all cards really(!) are sized at 5.5″ by 4.25″.  They are printed with full bleed and a glossy finish.

* Are envelopes included?

Yes! Free!

* Can you send me emails when new products are available on the website?

Yes!  Just send us an email and we will be happy to add you to our contacts

* How long does it take for my custom order to ship to me once my order has been placed?

Custom orders generally take 3 weeks (but usually much quicker) to go from your order to your door

* How long does it take for non-custom orders to ship to me?

Non-custom orders generally take 7-10 days to reach your doorstep

* The color on my note card order does not match exactly to what I see on my computer monitor.  Why?

World Going By cannot guarantee exact color matching.  However, the colors should be almost perfect!  A computer monitor displays color in RGB (color format) and print is done in CMYK (color format).  We promise you will love your stationery!

* I am purchasing my note cards as a gift for someone else and will have it shipped directly to them.  Is there a place where I can enter a gift message?

Yes!  When you make your purchase through Paypal there is a place for additional notes or text.  Your gift message can be entered there.  Or, email us and we will make sure your gift message is included.

* How do your orders get shipped?

Our orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail.
